For hospitals & healthcare employers

A focused recruitment
partner for
hard-to-fill
nursing roles.

We help you identify suitable South African registered nurses against an agreed clinical brief, coordinate interviews and maintain visibility of the steps towards an appointment.

Your organisation retains clinical selection and hiring decisions. Recruitment scope, employment responsibilities and preparation milestones are agreed before work begins.

Built around your clinical brief

What your
team receives.

An agreed scope of recruitment support, with clear information at each decision.

01A recruitment brief reflecting specialties, experience, headcount and employment requirements.
02A shortlist against that brief, subject to candidate availability and agreed scope.
03Candidate summaries distinguishing experience, completed checks and outstanding requirements.
04Interview coordination, feedback tracking and a named recruitment contact.
05Visibility of agreed preparation milestones, dependencies and responsibilities.

Relevant experience. Individual assessment.

South African talent.
Your standards.

Candidate summaries can cover qualifications, registration information, specialty and recent experience, reference status, interview availability and outstanding professional requirements, as appropriate to the brief.

01Candidate-provided — information supplied by the nurse.
02Checked — information reviewed through the agreed verification process.
03Outstanding — requirements or checks still to be completed.

Final clinical assessment, credentialing and hiring decisions remain with your organisation and the relevant authorities.

Let’s talk about your team

Questions, answered

Before we
begin.

Can you recruit for specific clinical specialties?

The starting point is your clinical brief. We assess the availability and suitability of potential candidates against it before agreeing a recruitment commitment.

Who employs the nurse?

Our initial model is recruitment into roles with the healthcare employer. Employment, sponsorship and service responsibilities must be confirmed in the relevant agreements.

Are candidates already licensed to work in our location?

Readiness varies. Candidate profiles distinguish completed checks and approvals from outstanding requirements. No candidate should be represented as licensed locally without verification.

Do you handle immigration?

We can coordinate recruitment with the employer and appropriately qualified advisers. Eligibility, filings and approvals depend on the opportunity and relevant legal requirements.

What are your fees?

We discuss scope and commercial terms directly after understanding your requirements.
